The only setting not 'always on,' was the watch face. I let that time out at 10 seconds. Aside from that, everything was at max that I could put it on. I wanted to see what this battery life really looked like. At the end of the 9th day, I put it on the charger, because at just over 5% battery left, that's where I felt best about getting it charged. Just shy of 10 days by a couple of hours is what I get. My last watch was a Samsung and the battery life didn't allow to track sleeping because I had to get it on the charger everyday. I hated the daily charging. This watch has the best battery life WITH the functions of the smart watch apps I use. Mid range in price, with the features of more expensive watches. Color wasn't important at first, but I love the white and gold when I want to switch out wristbands. Performance and features exceeded my expectations. The watch is worth every penny if it's in your budget.
